ASSISTANT MANAGER

This position will be primarily responsible for planning and developing the sales growth of West Indonesian market. Identifying, building and maintaining the most effective channels to market through a networks, building an appropriate team structure to achieve the company’s objectives and exploiting new business. Manage the branch with daily operating activities and achieving the positive result by the end of the year. Coordinate with relevant external stakeholders on data submission and accuracy lead and/or contribute to sales at relevant scope. Has sales and marketing experience in building materials or related industries will be an advantage. The candidates should able to travel extensively. Location at Semarang.

GENERAL QUALIFICATION :

• Male, 35 years old (max)
• A bachelor degree (S1) in Management/Marketing or any related field from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00 scale
• At least 3 years experience at sales and marketing, and 2 years experience in managerial level.
• The suitable candidates should able to travel extensively
• Proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written, preferable mandarin spoken would be an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Has a good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be placed at Semarang.
