Persyaratan :

BAG DESIGNER (R&D) 

• Wanita/Pria usia max 35 tahun 
• Pendidikan min D3 di bidang yang berhubungan 
• Pengalaman min 2 tahun sebagai fashion designer / bag designer 
• Mampu mengoperasikan computer grafis seperti: Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe 
• Mengerti tentang proses produksi garmen 
• Mengikuti dan menyukai perkembangan dunia fashion 
• Mengirimkan Portofolio bersama lamaran 

SEO SPECIALIST
This person will be responsible for improving a company's organic search results. Creates and launches SEO campaigns, identifies areas of improvement, and attempts to improve the clients' sites' rankings in major search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. 
Primary Responsibilities

1. Review and analyze client sites for areas that need to improved, deleted, or revised. 
2. Prepare detailed strategy reports. 
3. Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for client sites. 
4. Improve a company's organic search results. 
5. Write effective headlines, body copy, and websites. 
6. Ensure websites are filled with optimal keywords. 
7. Place keywords appropriately in copy to gain most search engine traffic. 
8. Write effective call-to-action statements. 
9. Write original, powerful SEO content for blogs and websites. 
10. Implement off-page SEO content strategies such as coding. 
11. Effectively use header tags. 
12. Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines. 
13. Strategize ways to improve and track site performance. 
14. Compile and present SEO performance reports. 
15. Consult with website team to improve the navigation of a site to enhance its search engine ranking. 
16. Utilize basic programming and web design skills to enhance SEO. 
17. Create advanced SEO strategies. 
18. Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, shipping options, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords. 

Requirements

• Should have good academic background with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience 
• Must have some blog with at least PR 1 
• Social media knowledge 
• Good attention to details, good analytical skills, & result oriented 
• Discipline, proactive, strong commitment, well organized, good behavior, good teamwork 
• Good communication & interpersonal skills 
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
