1. ACCOUNTING AND TAX SPECIALIST (SEMARANG AREA) 
2. LEGAL COMPLIANCE (SEMARANG AREA) 

With this following conditions : 

ACCOUNTING AND TAX SPECIALIST (SEMARANG AREA) 

• Qualifications : 
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. 
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Prefer someone that stay in Semarang with good english speaking and writing skill. 
• Required Skill(s) : 
• Manage daily general ledger / accounting in Accurate accounting system, 
• Prepare financial statements 
• Prepare and manage monthly and annual tax reporting, 21, 23, 25, 4(2) and VAT 
• Timely and accurate payroll processing, ensuring there are best practice checks and controls in the process to ensure an efficient , accurate payroll process and BPJS process 
• Ensure all payroll queries are handled in a timely and professional manner. 
• Ensure appropriate authorization of overtime sheets, timesheets, payroll payments and changes to payroll data.
• Ensure there is confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times. 
• Keep up to date with payroll legislative changes. 
• Ensure compliance with Payroll tax obligations.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE (SEMARANG AREA) 

• Job Descriptions : 
• Have experience in Company Registrations such as SIUP, TDP, Domicile, Company License, Company NPWP, Operating License, Export - Import License, etc 
• Have experience in Expatriate Registrations, such as VISA, KITAS, Work Permit, etc 
• Ensuring The Company business comply with Indonesian regulations 
• Keeping up to date with Indonesian regulations, legislation and guidelines 
• Working with government institutions, such as BKPM, PTSP, etc 
• Reviewing company practices and providing advice on changes 
• Liaising with, and making presentations to, regulatory authorities 
• Negotiating with regulatory authorities 
• Qualifications : 
• Min. Diploma 
• Min 25 years old 
• Highly motivated and result-oriented 
• Actualize regulatory information 
• Excellent English skills in verbal and written (MUST) 
• Can work independently or with team 
• The ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to assimilate data from a range of scientific areas 
• Considerable understanding of legal administration matters 
• Attention to detail 
• The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines 
• Strong negotiation and arbitration skills 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
