CUSTOMER SERVICES & ADMIN (CODE: CS ADM)

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform the customer service
  • Accurately updating old/new books information
  • Continuously looking for information about new books/publishers
  • Keeping abreast of customer
  • Actively seeking and updating pricing information
  • Ensuring that top notch data accuracy is maintained and is always on top of competition
  • Searching product information as requested by customers
Requirement & Qualifications:
  • Female and the domicily at Semarang Barat
  • Minimum Education: D3 in English or Indonesian Literature Passion in books and has a hobby of reading
  • Proficient in computer & able to 10 fingers typing
  • Fluent in both written and oral English
  • Fast learner, target oriented and attention to details
  • Diligent, honest, hard working, motivated and able to work as a team member
  • Understands book category
  • 2 year experience in related field in highly desirable and put expected
