Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia, manufacture of Consumer Goods product with main product such as Dettol, Airwick, Tiga Roda, Harpic and Strepsils. Currently we are seeking dynamic and high qualified person for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Department urgently for bellow position and will be based in Semarang :

HSE SUPERVISOR

Resposibility : 

• Implement and evaluate EHS Management System based on local regulation and group standard
• Implement and evaluate EHS monitoring program
• Contractor EHS management system
• Continuous improvement project of EHS aspect
• Regular EHS report to local authority and Group
• Implement and evaluate plant wide EHS training program and competencies
• Monitor legal permit  for EHS aspect
• Ensure implementation of waste management, water and energy  reduction program

Requirements :

• Male/ Female, maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering  or Public Heatlh
• Have safety expert certification from Ministry of Labor
• minimum 2 - 3 years experience in HSE field
• Strong knowledge of Environmental and OH&S Management System and HSE Legal
• Strong communication skill spoken & written (English is compulsory)
• Able to work independently as well as team and minimum supervision
• Able to operate computer (MS. Office)
• This position will be based in : Semarang
