Today we operate in most of the major cities throughout Indonesia and have the best geographical coverage of any readymix company in Indonesia. We can accommodate projects requiring on-site batching plants, with a proven record even in remote areas and under difficult operating conditions.Therefore we need, young people who have the ability and integrity, for the following positions : 

SUPERVISOR HR 

Qualifications :

• Male / Female max 35 years old 
• Bachelor’s degree Economics, Law, Psycology. 
• Language: Good command in English both oral & written 
• At least 3 years experience in related field is required for this position 
• Have driving A licence 
• Available work in Central Java & DIY 

Responsibilities : 

• Understand about Labour Law 
• Know about payroll system 
• Know &understans about BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan 
• Doing recruitment and selection process 
• Manage team work 
• Manage about employees at HRIS system
