FitNation is THE premier gym in Semarang, opening in May 2018. Made by a fitness enthusiast, Fitnation caters to hardcore fitness buffs, casual gym goers, the elderly, the young and those that are looking to better themselves. Fitnation is going to be the best gym. There will never be any gym like FitNation. Our facility, our staff, and the people that will gym at FitNation will be the best. 

Facility;

Our gym is over 1000m2 consisting of the following zones : 

• Free weights area 200m2 (Barbell, Dumbell, Olympic Benches, Power Racks & Rigs, Sledding track) 
• Pin loaded machine zone & Boxing Zone 100m2 
• Cardio zone 80m2 (Treadmill, Eliptical, Bikes) 
• Main studio 130m2 (Les Mills Bodycombat, Les Mills Bodypump, Muay Thai, Zumba, HIIT, Dance, VIPR & Kettlebell)
• Yoga studio 75m2 (Yoga, Core, Trx, Pilates) 
• Les Mill’s RPM Studio (20 Bikes) 
• Healthy café & Lobby 75m2
