CUSTOMER SERVICE 

Description : 

• Female, maximum 25 years old 
• Patient, have a clear communication skills, have a deep knowledge of the products 
• Candidate must posses at least High School/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Sales Management or equivalent 
• Fresh Graduates are welcome 
• Able to offering product to buyers 
• Have a willingness to learn 
• Able to work as an individual or as a team 

GRAPHIC DESIGNER 

Description : 

• Candidate must be creative and able to create creative content for social media. 
• Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent. 
• Fresh Graduates are welcome 
• Required Skill(s): Adobe (Photoshop, illustrator, After Effect, Premiere, etc) 
• Must have sets of portfolio and keen eyes on design 
• Have good team work and communication skill 
• Web design and web interface knowledge is an advantage

CREATIVE CONTENT WRITTER 

• Responsibilities : 
• Creating Content for Social Media Campaign 
• Writing product description for e-commerce website 
• Requirements : 
• Creative is a Must 
• Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different style 
• Have an ability to write and give a new vibes to contents (attract the readers and buyers) 
• Be highly organized and able to set priority 
• Candidate must posses at least Diploma in any field 
• Required Skill(s) : Keywording, Content Writing, Journalist, Keyword Analysis, Content creative, Product Description Research 
• Required Languages : Bahasa Indonesia & English 

DIGITAL MARKETING / ADVERTISER 

• Responsibilities : 
• Creating Marketing campaign through Facebook / Google Ads 
• Optimizing Campaigns 
• Calculate ROI from each marketing platforms 
• Requirements : 
• Candidate must posses at least Diploma in any field 
• Fresh Graduates Are welcome as training will be provided 
• Having knowledge of Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a must 
• Have a digital strategy & planning 
• Must be good with numbers 
• Required Language(S) : English proficiency is a must, Mandarin proficiency is a plus. 
• Required Skill(s) : Analytical Thinking, Critical Thinking, Research Methods, Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research, Statistics, Design
