Qualifications Loker Semarang HCGA Manager di Kota Satu Properti

• Ability to establish company's culture & share values across employee is paramount 
• Empathy & strong interpersonal skills are essential
• Have a good leadership & innovative mindset to optimize performance across diverse talent pool 
• S1 / S2 in Psychology, certifications in management / leadership / life coaching 
• Comprehensive understanding in government law & industrial relations 
• At least 5 years working experience in the area

Main Responsibilities: 

• Develop & implement integrated Hum. Capital & General Affair Management Strategy in all business units within the company 
• Develop good performance measurement tool for all business units 
• Develop sustainable training program to boost overall organization performance 
• Build & establish good corporate culture
