Lowongan Kerja Customer Service di Digiasset Semarang - Digiasset is a start up company engaged in cryptocurrency. We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE to join our Customer Support Team. As an Customer Service you will support the day to day operations activities.

Qualifications :

• Male / female max 28 years old
• Prefered familiar with cryptocurrency and trading
• Min D3 in any major
• Have at least 1year of experience working in relatd role
• Willing to work in shifts
• Able to work individually and with team
• Able to work under pressure
• Good knowledge at Ms. Office and / or G-Suites (G-sheet, G-docs, etc)
• Fluent in English (both spoken & written)
• Fast learner
• Able to solve any hard complaint that has been escalated from the customer
• Ready to be placed anywhere
