Requirements :

CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE
  • Respond to customer enquiries across all ecommerce platforms
  • Ensure orders, delivery fulfilment, payments and refunds are smoothly executed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in all transactions
  • Maintain inventory and product listings, update promotional campaigns
  • Provide weekly & monthly sales report
CONTENT CREATOR
  • Producing creative content plans and campaigns across multiple platform that reflect brand’s voice and deliver message clearly
  • Collaborating with Creative and Marketing Team to generate ideas, develop campaign and create day to day social media content
  • Creating copy for branding needs on all social media, website, marketplaces, and e-mail
  • Proposing ideas to promote brand to a wider audience
  • Ensuring all-around consistency (style & tone)
MARKETING COMMUNICATION
  • Responsible to plan, develop, manage and measure marketing and corporate communications programs
  • Responsible to make plan, strategize and execute marketing programs as well as events both online and offline
  • Coordinate all public relations activities
  • Responsible to plan and create content in the form of word, audio, visuals, and posting content to Company Website & social media
  • Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
  • Design and create social media digital marketing campaigns & collateral for all platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Website, dan marketplace
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and brand messaging in physical collateral via design (brochures, offline adverts, flyers, packaging)
  • Deliver design assets and systems that meet business goals as defined by project leadership.
  • Perform various design tasks as required and other ad hoc duties
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing & PR Dept. to works on marketing materials.
  • Ability to work with art directions and create solid information designs concepts and sample layouts
  • Proactively manage time and working towards deadlines.

DIGITAL MARKETING
  • Create, maintain, monitor and optimize performance campaigns to increase client business through digital channels (Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads, etc.)
  • Prepare and execute campaigns for email, mobile, digital content, and online media
  • Optimize marketing campaign effectiveness through testing creative, copy, audience targeting, and many more.
  • Identify and develop digital marketing strategies to support existing business and new product launches.

VIDEO EDITOR & MOTION GRAPHIC
  • Perform offline and online edits for company video projects
  • Compose and create the best narrative from video material for a project
  • Create assets for visual effects or animation needs if needed
  • Participate in the shooting process if needed
  • Create engaging multimedia video content through the uses of graphics, designing compositions, layouts, illustrations, and/or animation.
  • Edit and design with motion graphics variety of video contents, including promotional and social graphics.

ACCOUNTING TAX
  • Manage daily operation in Finance, Accounting and Tax Department
  • Prepare and manage cash flow, financial, billing, AR/AP, Petty Cash, and related
  • Manage taxes reconciliation (including monthly SPT, annual SPT, and others tax requirements) - Tax Art 21, 23, 25, 4(2), 26, VAT, etc.
  • Manage accounting planning, accounting reporting, tax planning, tax reporting, compliance, tax submissions, audit and reporting
  • Verify the completeness of the documents required for financial transactions
  • Performing reconciliation of financial data precisely
  • Able to prepare and review annual corporate income tax
  • Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
  • Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule
