EXPORT / IMPORT STAFF 

Job Description :

• Prepare the submission of export document to local government agencies in accordance with the requirements required by the destination country.
• Prepare certificate of Analysis with R&D, Bill of Lading, Health certificate and other shipment-documents needed.
• Prepare Invoices and lists to be informed and distributed to related departments.
• Ensure documents sent to the buyer as soon as possible if the requirements are complete.
• Coordinate with factories on details and quantity of purchase-order.

Qualification :

• Affluent English is a must.
• 3 Years experience in the same field.
• Willing to be placed in Semarang (GunungPati Area).
